What types of fingerprinting services do you provide?
We provide RCMP-certified digital fingerprinting for citizenship, permanent residence,
employment/licensing, name changes, record suspensions, adoption/volunteer, fingerprint-based
criminal record checks, and name-based conviction-only checks.
Do you offer ink and roll fingerprints?
No. All-Connect Fingerprinting offers digital electronic fingerprinting only.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability.
What do I need to bring?
One primary ID and one secondary ID. All ID must be original and valid.
How long does fingerprinting take?
The fingerprint capture process takes 5–10 minutes.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Results are processed by the RCMP and typically take 2–3 days (no record) or 2–12 weeks (with
record or review).
Will you give me a copy of my results?
No. Results are sent directly to the requesting agency or your home address.
What payments are accepted?
Debit, Visa, Mastercard.
How much does fingerprinting cost?
Digital fingerprinting: $65. RCMP may charge an additional $25 processing fee.
Do you need a letter from IRCC or another agency?
Yes, if requested. Bring the original letter/email.
Can you tell me if I have a criminal record?
No. Only the RCMP can issue criminal history information.
Do you offer Vulnerable Sector Checks?
No. These must be done at your local police station.
Do you keep my fingerprints?
No. We do not store fingerprints; they are securely transmitted to the RCMP.
What if I need fingerprints for a foreign police certificate?
Check requirements of the foreign country to confirm if digital fingerprints are accepted.
